You can use TimeLeft application as a sticker.
With TimeLeft sticker feature you can place important notes right on your
desktop.
No need to stick around Post-it papers - you can organize all your notes
with TimeLeft desktop stickers.

Main features
Every sticker is a separate fully customizable floating window
that lives on your desktop.
You can customize every sticker to have its own color, font, size
(see Sticker Settings window).
Sticker windows can stick to each other, so you can group them and move
at once (no need to move each sticker separately).
You can make your sticker semitransparent, always on top of all other windows.
You can add new sticker very quickly: from stickers list, from main menu
Quick Add or right from the existing sticker.
Use cases
How do I add a new sticky note?
Step 1. Right-click TimeLeft tray icon.
Step 2. Select Quick Add|Add Sticker menu item.
This will open Sticker Settings window.
Step 3. Type the message in.
Step 4. Press OK. Sticky note is created!
